Start at the FOB and find Kang in the wards
Select Operation Critical Extraction from Story Missions in the FOB Deploy menu. The All Things How walkthrough shows a 2-Plate Armor Vest and Med Kit recommended in the briefing. Your armor slot fills automatically on infil. For more plates, select an armor capacity Trait, equip an Armor Box, or resupply once you deploy.
Follow the objective to Mirae General Hospital. Inside, work up to the patient wards and use the mission marker to locate Kang’s room. Interact with Kang at the bed to advance the escort objective.
Take the first elevator down and defend the lobby
The All Things How route shows two elevator banks. Roll the bed down the ward corridor and use the first lift to descend to the lobby. Move through the lobby toward the second bank, call the lift and hold the area until the doors open.
In a squad, assign one player to push the bed while the others clear the next stretch. During the hold, keep the bed in sight and watch both the lobby entrances and the balcony above.
Ride to the roof and load Kang
Take the second lift upstairs and continue through the roof access. Push the bed into the waiting helicopter and complete the secure interaction. The All Things How walkthrough distinguishes the mission completion from your own extraction. Board before the helicopter leaves if you want to extract with your kit.
