How do you find a Lieutenant in Hajin?
Buy intel on a specific Lieutenant at the FOB Boss Board or use a Lieutenant Hunt tower in Hajin to reveal the nearest target. The Boss Board opens after you complete your second DMZ Order. Some intel purchases have their own prerequisites, and purchased intel lasts one deployment.
Use the tower if you need to complete Hunter or can pursue whichever target is nearest. Buy intel when you need a particular Lieutenant and have a squad equipped to use that run. Read the card before paying and make the hunt your main objective.
How to complete the Hunter Order
Find the Lieutenant Hunt skull icon on your Tac-Map. All Things How documents the tower on the hill beside Wolves Stadium. COD Central shows a tower by Tong-il Village at D3 and reports another in southern Deadtown at B7. Use the in-game icon for the exact approach.
- Approach the tower and climb to the upper platform. Confirm the climb objective has registered.
- Activate the terminal and wait for the intel download. Once the terminal objective registers, Hunter is complete. A separate Side Op marks the nearest Lieutenant if you want to continue the hunt.
- The Wolves Stadium walkthrough led to Iskra at Cheonwang Peak Array. Treat that as an example and follow the marker for your current run.
What happens when you pick up the Dog Tag Case?
A defeated Lieutenant drops a Dog Tag Case. Picking it up broadcasts the case’s location to other Operators. Successfully extract with it to progress the Boss Board, including when the case came from a rival squad. Check your exit before picking up the case so you can move immediately.
Suggested squad plan: choose a carrier, keep the carrier in cover during the extraction wait, and assign someone to watch the approach. Bring enough armor to handle both the target and any squad that follows the broadcast.
Lieutenants and Commanders work differently
Commanders such as Colossus, the Deathstalker and the Tank appear on the Tac-Map when you are near them. The Boss Board gives general Commander information. Paid intel is for Lieutenants. Commander kills can award crafting ingredients, while Lieutenant Dog Tag Cases are tied to the Boss Board’s extraction objectives.
